These terms cover every order from Pronto Cut. Read them with our Refund policy and Delivery policy.
Pronto Cut is a trade name of MP Global LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. "We" means MP Global LLC. "You" means the business that places the order.
We make digital ad creative: static images and short videos of your products, sized for Meta ads. We make them from your public store, your products and your ads.
Every tier, what it includes, how many ads, how fast and its price are listed on our pricing section before you pay. We sell to businesses only.
Prices are in US dollars. You pay the price shown at checkout or on your invoice. The Sprint price goes up on the dates shown on the page, and an order keeps the price it was placed at.
Card payments are processed by our payment processor; the charge shows as PRONTO CUT. We never see or store your card number. Orders of $1,950 or more are paid by invoice (ACH or wire to our US bank) unless you ask to pay by card. Work starts once your payment clears.
The Christmas Restock is an optional monthly plan: 30 statics and 6 videos a month for $490 a month, starting Dec 1. You are only signed up if you tick its box yourself; it is never pre-selected.
We email you on Nov 28, before the first charge. You can cancel any time with the one-click link in our emails or by contacting us. Cancelling stops all future charges.
Files are delivered digitally, by email, as described in our Delivery policy.
You confirm you have the right to let us use your product photos, logos, trademarks and store content to make your ads. We use them only to make your ads and the free samples we send you.
Once your order is paid in full, you own the delivered ads and can use them anywhere. We won't show your ads publicly without your OK.
Free samples are marked and stay ours until you buy them. Please don't run them before you buy.
We make ads with AI image and video tools, and a person checks every file before delivery. The files keep their AI content credentials, so Meta may show an "AI info" label.
Before you run an ad, check it. You are responsible for your offer, prices and claims, and for following Meta's ad rules.
We don't promise any return on ad spend, sales or ad approval. The only performance promise we make is the Sprint guarantee, on the conditions in our Refund policy.
As far as the law allows, our total liability for an order is the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit.
These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA. We may update them; the version on this page when you ordered applies to your order.
