We make 3 ads of your product before you pay anything. If you wouldn't run them, delete them and we won't chase you.
If we miss the delivery time in our Delivery policy by more than 24 hours, you can cancel for a full refund before the files arrive.
If a file is broken, shows the wrong product or doesn't match what the page describes, tell us within 7 days of delivery. We fix or remake it within 2 business days, and if we can't, we refund that order in full. This applies to every tier, including the Kit, Pack Plus and the War Room's weekly ads.
The Kit and Pack Plus have no guarantee beyond the two rules above. A Kit or Pack payment that counts toward a later Sprint is covered by the Sprint guarantee once it's part of that Sprint.
The War Room includes a Sprint, and the Sprint guarantee covers its Sprint ads on the same conditions.
Cancel before Dec 1 and you're never charged. Cancel later and no further charges are made. If a month has been charged but that month's ads haven't been delivered, we refund that month.
Contact us with your order number through our Contact page. Card refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days. Invoice payments are refunded to the bank account they came from.
