This policy explains what MP Global LLC, trading as Pronto Cut, collects and why.
What you give us when you order or contact us: your name, email, business name, store link, order details and notes.
Payment details: card payments are handled by our payment processor, and we never see or store your card number. For invoice payments, our bank shows us the sender's name and account.
Website use: our host (Vercel) keeps standard server logs. If our Meta pixel is on, it records page views and purchases so we can measure our own ads.
To make free samples, we use public information about businesses: their online store, their public ads in the Meta Ad Library, and published business contact details.
To make and deliver your ads, send receipts and delivery emails, answer you, keep our accounts, and measure our own advertising.
We also contact businesses about our service. You can stop that any time by replying "no".
Only the services that help us run the business: our payment processor, Vercel (hosting), our email provider and our bank. We don't sell personal information.
Order and payment records are kept as long as tax law requires. Everything else is deleted when you ask, or when we no longer need it.
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion through our Contact page. We reply within 30 days.
