When your ads are ready, we email you a download link to a folder with every file in every Meta size. Each delivery email shows the time it was sent, and the link works for 90 days.
You also get a receipt email when your payment clears, with your order number and the time your ads are due.
The Kit: within 1 hour of payment.
The Pack: within 24 hours.
The Sprint: within 72 hours.
Pack Plus: within 5 days.
The War Room: the Sprint within 72 hours, then 40 new ads every week until Dec 24.
Christmas Restock: each month's ads arrive in the first week of that month.
The clock starts when your payment clears and we have what the order form asks for, such as your store link and your Black Friday offer. A card payment clears at once; an ACH or wire payment usually takes 1 to 3 business days.
